Tanzania Sueno AA
An incredible variety of Arabica from Africa - "Tanzania AA". Grown in the embrace of the high mountain rainforests at the foot of the great Kilimanjaro, this coffee is truly a drink of the gods. Mild taste, moderate acidity and wine aftertaste are combined with a unique persistent aroma.

Tanzania AA is a large, dense grains grown in volcanic soils that contribute to the formation of a dense body of taste, light aromatic acidity and berry accents.
The annual volume of grains produced in Tanzania reaches forty thousand tons. Only 30 percent of all coffee comes from robusta, cultivated near the city of Bukoba (northwest Tanzania) located on the shores of Lake Victoria. The rest of the production belongs to Arabica grown in the north, in the Kilimanjaro district and in the south (in Mbeya and in the highlands of Matengo). Arabica is harvested from mid-summer (in July-August) to November-December.
The Sueno farm was set up on the slopes of the Ngorongoro crater. It is located 1.5 km above sea level. Thanks to the fertile soils of the volcano and the high demands on the collection and processing of coffee beans, Sueno produces products whose quality remains consistently high.
The farm harmoniously coexists with the surrounding wild world of nature in Africa. Here, the placement of fences is thought out as much as possible, passages are regularly created in the forests for the free movement of animals, part of the farm is allocated as a reserve. Even the protection of plantations from elephants is as natural as possible: Sueno's invention was fires with chili peppers, which drive away animals.
Recommended preparation method: grind coffee beans to the required degree of grinding and cook according to your desire: in a turkish, in a filter, in a coffee maker, in a French press, in an espresso machine at the rate of 8-10 grams (2 teaspoons) per 1 cup of volume 200 ml.
