It has a rich aroma with berry-fruit, floral and creamy-nutty nuances. The taste is soft, there is a very slight sourness in it, nuances of dried fruits and spices.
Premium Arabica on Peruvian plantations is grown mainly by small farms who monitor the quality of the crop very carefully. The berries are picked by hand; the harvesting season lasts about 3-4 months. The grains are cleaned mainly by the "washed" method, then they undergo a stage of fermentation and drying in the open air, due to which they acquire the color of royal jade. For 90 days, the beans remain in the skin and ripen. And only immediately before transportation for sale, the uppermost part of the shell is removed.
Recommended preparation method: grind coffee beans to the required degree of grinding and cook according to your desire: in a turkish, in a filter, in a coffee maker, in a French press, in an espresso machine at the rate of 8-10 grams (2 teaspoons) per 1 cup of volume 200 ml. Coffee is prepared at a water temperature of 90-96 degrees (not brought to a boil).
