Colombia Supremo Antioquia

The bright and juicy taste of this coffee is amazingly revealed by the sourness of a green apple, and notes of caramel sound in the aftertaste.

Colombia is the second largest coffee producer in the world and the largest producer of washed Arabica beans. This coffee is known for its high quality: the country exports about 12.5 million bags (about half of its exports are to the United States), and domestic consumption is about two million bags a year.

In Colombia, coffee is grown by about half a million farmers on their small plots. This coffee is grown in several regions of Colombia. Antioquia is one of the most famous and largest coffee-producing regions, located in the northern part of the country on the high mountain slopes of the Andes.

The uniqueness of the region's climate lies in the fact that coffee trees here do not require artificial darkening. Clouds appear almost every day after lunch, forming a natural shadow that allows the coffee beans to fully develop.

Recommended preparation method: grind coffee beans to the required degree of grinding and cook according to your desire: in a turkish, in a filter, in a coffee maker, in a French press, in an espresso machine at the rate of 8-10 grams (2 teaspoons) per 1 cup of volume 200 ml.
